Does this mean Marisa is going too??!
ReplyDeleteJohn,
ReplyDeleteI have to say the new website looks awesome. I am excited to be a part of such an advanced goaltending school. Looking forward to the Vineland camp next week!
Lance,
ReplyDeleteProud to have such and excellence instructor part of Fusion Goalie Development, your on ice and off ice expertise really bring our school to the next level. Nobody can sharpen skate and recommend quality feedback on equipment sizing and fitting like you, the Igloo should be proud to have you as an employee. Keep up the great work and see you in Vineland at 7:45am on Monday the 17th. Bring your bells, cause I will be wearing mine.
John,
ReplyDeleteBoth your Site and the Blog look fantastic. Great job in putting it all together. My son has improved so much in the past 5 months under your fun and challenging tutledge. If anyone out there is looking for a goalie school, they should look no further. The puck defintely stops here!
My son just finished first day of Brodeur camp,at Ice Vault, today was evaluations for groups, Brodeur comes tomorrow, as for first day, very disappointed!!To much standing around and drills very basic and boring. I realize, how lucky my son is to have John as a coach, and how well organized his camps are run. This is the first time going to a different camp and most likely my last. No need to travel and spend a small fortune, when you have one of the elite goaltending schools in your backyard. Thanks John. I will report on the rest of the Brodeur camp on friday.
ReplyDeleteThere should be an Ultimate Frisbee score sheet on the web site. Just sayin'. I could retire now and still be atop the standings for next camp.
ReplyDeleteWell, I would have 2nd from earlier this year then. Its the hat, I'm telling you. I about to put in a full order to Pete Smith for a box load.
ReplyDeleteFastest goalie.
ReplyDeleteGoalies,
ReplyDeletePlease comment on weekend games; scores, updates, highlights, or even question regarding your performance.
Starting next month, Tony Raffo, Owner of IGT (Intensity Goaltender Training) will be writing a monthly article pertaining to your thoughts/concerns/questions about our favorite sport and position. Hope the season starts out strong for all my students and future students.
Remember "Good Goalies make saves and excuses, Great Goalies steal games, and find away to get it done!"
WHAT ARE YOU???
Thanks,
Coach John
Coach John,
ReplyDeleteJust an note on the Squirt B Thanksgiving Tournament. The team won a Silver medal at the Pond. Matt and Brenden were awesome allowing only 6 goals in 5 games. We were all very proud of them. In the semi-final, Matt made a game saving save with 6 seconds left to send the game into overtime. He then won the shoot out with 3 saves.
Seeing these two guys play this weekend really made us appreciate the coaching they get from you and your staff. The difference between Matt and Brenden and the other goalies in the tournament was huge. We were known as "the team with the 2 good goalies"
Thanks
John
Where can we find all of Mr. Raffo's articles? Or his bio?
ReplyDeleteWhere is Coach Vertolli's bio? I want to learn more about him! He was fun and informative, and his gear inspired me to be a better goalie.
ReplyDeleteGoalie World,
ReplyDeleteWhich Goalie will have the most impact in the upcoming Olympic? Which team will be the most difficult to play against? Please note why to support your opinion, and also to get some chatter on this topic!
Thanks,
Coach John
I predict that Miller will put out a stellar performance, Brodeur will be pulled, Luongo will win gold, and Nabokov will be embarrassed and not win a medal.
ReplyDeleteI just want to thank Fusion Goalie Development for the strong emphasis that is put on skating - the central art of our sport.
